We do our best to solve all problems related to the translations of our clients, which also reflects our commitment to realizing our common objective: the best possible translation, in the shortest possible time, at a reasonable price.

• In case of difficult tasks or tight deadlines, we are enabled, besides our professionalism, by our highly developed emphatic skills to be dedicated to achieving our goals, redoubling our energy and doing our very best to be able to fulfill the requirements of our clients.

Mihály Csikszentmihályi, in his book entitled: Good Business /page 171/ provides a definition of 'respect' as the key manifestation of empathy:

"Treating peers, customers, and subordinates with respect is the most often repeated values ....."

At MET Translation Office, we firmly believe that if we do our best for our clients, the best reward we can get is the highest possible return rate of them.

The other fundamental principles determining our work ethic are perseverance and loyalty to our clients.

• At MET Translation Office, we respect our clients and - as we know how much depends on it for them - we always meet our deadlines even if it requires working extra hours at night or even at weekends.

• We undertake confidentiality to all of our translations, on which we conclude a Confidentiality Agreement with each of our translators.
